Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour from the moment they are placed. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible due to the fast processing and production planning, especially for made-to-order products.
Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
Products that are personalized or made exclusively according to customer specifications are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or modifications after the cancellation period has expired.
Non-Customized (Ready-Made) Products
For products that are not personalized and not made to order, the customer has the right to a return in accordance with the return policy stated on the Returns page.
Return Process
To initiate a return, it is necessary to contact our customer support within the valid timeframe. After receiving your request, we will provide all necessary instructions. Returns are processed after the product has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or your bank.
Exceptions and Important Notes
– Made-to-order or personalized products are considered final sale.
– Returns and refunds will not be approved for orders that could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
– Refunds will not be approved if the package is refused or not collected and is returned to us.
– If the product arrives damaged, the damage must be reported to the delivery service and an official confirmation must be obtained and provided to us.
