Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once this 1-hour window has passed, cancellation is no longer possible due to our fast processing times and production planning, especially for made-to-order items.

Returns:
Custom-Made or Made-to-Order Items
Items that are custom-made or produced per order are considered final sale. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives heavily damaged. In such cases, you must contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist you with the return process.

Non-Customized, Ready-Made Items:
For items that are not customized and are not produced on a per-order basis, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support within the applicable return period. We will provide return instructions and any required information. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories. Returns are processed only after the item has been received and inspected.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. While refunds are processed promptly, the exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exclusions and Important Notes:
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive heavily damaged. Items customized according to buyer specifications are considered final sale. Returns and refunds are not accepted for orders that could not be delivered and were returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer. Refunds are also not issued if a package is refused or not collected and is returned to us, as return shipping costs are charged to us. If a package arrives damaged, the damage must be reported to your local postal service so they can issue official proof of damage, which must then be sent to us for review.
